Looks like a Gordon England 'Brooklands'. The headlights attached to the rad. cowl, front valance and mudguards give the game away.

Agree with Malcolm. It is an early 6" braked GE Super Sports on beaded edge with the early tourer windscreen and cycle wings of GE type rather than the continuous plank guards. I think there is evidence of the pointed rear cycle wing in the picture. The wheels were changed in Feb 1925 to well-baseed rims. The picture also shows how relatively narrow is the overall body line of this model. Jim Wood

Yes, this is a modified Brooklands model. I believe the driver is R.B.Tennant at the 1925 Scottish Half Day Trial at Glen Douglas .
