When did the snow fall in the winter of 27/28? I suggest that the GE Sunshine Saloon posed here may have been an optimistic pose!Look at the fabric covered bonnet, the nickel plated GE side-lights, rad-mounted lights, unusual step plate and auxilliary fuel tank on the wing.

The sidelamps are alloy castings as on the Cup and the step plates are an enlarged version of those fitted as standard to the Cup and Stadium models .
