Is it possible that it could be Norman Black that went onto win the 1931 Ards TT for MG?

It must be very likely. There was certainly a Norman Black who was a member of the family who put money into the GN concern at this time when things were getting tight. Quite a similarity from photos as well. Hopefully someone will know for certain.
