Sorry, I've been gently corrected - the car with the rubber coachwork is H.J.C.Smith's Eric-Campbell. Note the old-fashioned breast drill on the pit counter!

The Eric-Campbell's body looks at though it was designed for maximum inaccessibility! Smith drove this car at South Harting a week or two later. It also appeared in the 1924 200-Miles race driven by R C Morgan, repainted and fitted with a s.v. Aston-Martin engine.
