Perhaps a Stirling Dog-cart (they went by several names), made by Panhard, with the genuine article behind?

Captioned as John Bryce's 1893 Panhard passing through Reigate. The following car is a Sunbeam.

Clement Stirling (Clement Panhard) the car was in fact later shown to be 1899. It was exported from Britain to the US in 1935, but in 2003 the car was sold at auction and returned to the UK were it is currently being restored.....
