Undoubtedly a Bugatti, but looks long enough to be a 2.4 metre T22 rather than a 2 metre T13.

Yes, this is a Type 22, chassis no 1612. Its owner had lost both legs in WW1. He didn't allow this to stop him enjoying his Bugatti, however, and had many successes with this car, including three firsts at this event. The car survives and has recently been restored to this form.
