My guess is Alfa Romeo 1500. The OM steering drop arm was usually outside the chassis frame. This looks like it's probably a TT Race or Ulster GP entry (1929-30?) rather than a Brooklands racing number.

Boris Ivanovsky in the Alfa Romeo 1500 Super Sports which he finishe 4th ( with Dunkley) in the 1929 Brooklands Double 12 (10th and 11th May). Ramponi: Lurani in a sister car number 53 won the race.

An O.M., or an Alfa?
