On this model the front mudgaurds were fixed to the brake backplates and turned with the steering. Note the tubular headlamp mounting bar which is provided with a swivel joint at each end (for obvious reasons!). Did the headlamps merely move side to side as the car turned or were they provided with 'steering arms' so they pointed in the same direction as the front wheels?
