The chap on the right is A Percy Bradley, who took over as Clerk of the Course in 1930, and remained so until the track closed in 1939. Not sure at the moment of the identity of the distinguished looking gentleman on the left.

The younger man in the bowler hat is Prince George Duke of Kent (father of the present Duke) a keen motor racing fan. Prince George was killed in an air crash during World War II.
