Not sure what happened but the rear wheel doesn't look very true!

The Autocar's report has the following extract from the official obersver's log: " Stops - One only (involuntary). Cause: Complete overturn of car due to collapse of near hind wheel, and precipitation of driver and observer and lunch and spare parts into the King's Highway". "Replenishments: None, but complete disbursement of petrol, water, oil and acid, mostly into lunch."
