No 25 (behind) is H W Hayward (Morris Cowley). The smart coupe has an MG air, but I suspect is probably J D Allcroft's Swallow-bodied Morris Cowley.
The hardtop appears to be detachable and is certainly very similar to those fitted to Austin 7's by Swallow.
Can now confirm from The Autocar's report that this is Allcroft's Morris Cowley - winner of the class for closed cars under £250.
