The Bugatti's body and guards suggest it might be a T.39, 1925 G.P. de Tourisme car.

My great uncle was AA Pollard.I was very pleasantly surprised to see evidence of his activities, which have largely been regarded as 'fanciful at best and unverifiable, (he and his wife Gladys (my grandmother's sister) have been dead now for over 30 years). There exist several cans of 16mm film (some colour I believe), taken by AAP, of various JCC events at Brooklands.
