Surely this is not a GE Streamliner, but Waite in a supercharged Works Special of the five, one of which Slippery Anne was named later by Jack Pares?

Waite and Duller drove the works supercharged racers at this meeting. This appears to be Waite. I think this car was the one that was sold less its engine and became Slippery Anne.
