Not much doubt about it, I would say.

Oat's entries in 1924 & 25 are listed as an Ansaldo "14hp" or "14/50" (i.e. both of 14hp) but Georgano shows this size of engine to be the 4CS model so 'Ansaldo 4CS' is a more accurate description. I suspect the same car was used for both meetings.
