After the (rear) springless car proved to be undrivable, a rather ingeniuos rear spring was designed and the three cars were modified and made available in 1926, one being sent to Donald Campbell. Other than the addition of rear springs, the normal GP T35 gearbox replaced the gearbox that had been incorporated into the diff case and very long radius rods added. Campbell appears to have based his Napier engined car with a body that follows the design of the T36 remarkably closely. This might still be of some interest. DAR
