Yes, this is A.J. Hancock's Vauxhall awaiting starter's orders in the 1914 Tourist Trophy race in the IOM. He crashed on the 14th lap, and the other two team cars retired early in the race. The team of three cars were fitted with larger engines and ran in the French GP at Lyons a few weeks later, again without distinguishing themselves. Austin, is there any indication of the year of the later photo showing one of these cars post WW1 at Brooklands?

The only details there are for that photo is that it is 1922, possibly March.
