    The front car is a Singer Junior, possibly the Porlock model. The car behind looks like a salmson.

    190 is the Singer of D W Biddle. There were two Salmsons entered. A photo of one of them appeared in The Motor, and as it looked nothing like this one, this one is likely to be driven by L J Higgs.
