That looks like a long wheelbase Brescia Bugatti. I suggest a T23. I wish we still had little striped tents but I don't fancy the heavy suit and no protection from the speeding cars.

The 1922 meeting at Shelsley Walsh was held on Saturday, 29th July . Accordding to the programme, No. 33 was Eddie Hall's 1496cc (11.9 hp) Bugatti which recorded 60.8 seconds in the Light Car Event.
