To the left foreground is a Chenard-Walcker tourer, with a Bugatti behind it. The V-radiatored tourer to the right foreground is possibly a Steyr. In the collecting ring can be seen the Peugeot and Steyr competitors. What is in those bags on the roofs of two of the Weymann saloons - nothing heavy presumably? And the scrutineering tent is magnificent!

I think the bags are seats, longer backs and shorter bases.
