What a super picture. Mr G Johnson of Birmingham, to whom the 12-40 Alvis 5-seater de luxe HP 6152 was despatched on 12 July 1923, must have been very proud of his car to have the make writ quite so large on the back. The 3-seater in front of the Alvis is an HE, and I believe the allweather with a bustle, OH 4462 is an Austin 20.

OH-4462 is indeed an Austin Twenty 'Coupe' or All-Weather. I am lucky to own one just like it.
